GENERAC GENERATOR ANNUAL SERVICE
This is one of our most popular services, and is always provided by one of our expert repair technicians to guarantee your satisfaction.
During this service our technician will be changing the generators engine oil and oil filter. Perform a visual inspection of the air intake system including the air filter, spark plugs, ignition system and battery connections. We will test the generator battery and the charging system voltage. Lastly, we will clean the generator from dirt and debris inside the enclosure and outside around the unit ensuring your Generac generator is working properly so it is ready to work when you need it most!
DIAGNOSTIC TESTING AND REPAIRS

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME TO HAVE THE SERVICE OR REPAIRS COMPLETED ON MY GENERATOR?
You DO NOT have to be home for us to complete your service or repairs on your Generac generator! We will contact you by the phone number or email address you provided before we arrive for your repairs or services needs!

WHAT DOES THE DIFFERENT COLORED LIGHTS ON MY GENERAC GENERATOR MEAN?
The green light means the generator is in working order and ready to operate!The green and yellow light means the generator is ready to operate but a service is needed.The red light means the generator has a problem and will not operate.

MY AIR COOLED GENERATOR DOESN'T RUN VERY OFTEN, IS THE ANNUAL SERVICE NEEDED OR CAN I WAIT EVERY 2 YEARS?
Engine oil replacement should be done at service intervals suggested by the manufacturer. If your generator doesn't run often because you haven't lost power, it's still the best practice to perform maintenance on the unit yearly.
